Please join us in congratulating Josalyn Caradimos on her well-deserved promotion to Commercial Lines Manager at Roger Keith & Sons!
Josalyn has been an integral part of our team for two and a half years, bringing with her over eight years of experience in the insurance industry. As a licensed insurance agent, she has demonstrated commitment to her profession, earning the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and currently working toward the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Josalyn is a proud U.S. Army veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UMass Dartmouth. Outside of work, Josalyn enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, Jaelyn and Julian.
Throughout her time with Roger Keith & Sons, Josalyn has consistently shown passion for leadership in the commercial lines department. She has also eagerly pursued opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. She says, “I am grateful to be part of the RKS Team and can’t imagine a better group of coworkers.”
In her new role, Josalyn will continue serving her existing clients while leading our talented commercial lines team. We are excited to see her thrive in this new position and look forward to the continued value she will bring to our organization.
